ILOVEDOGS is the ultimate pet superstore, centrally located with easy accessibility and ample parking. My pets, Tom & Jerry (a cat and a dog), absolutely loved the spa! They were completely at ease while shopping and enjoyed freely roaming around the store, making the overall experience truly delightful.
The in-store ambiance was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. As this was my first visit, I must say ILOVEDOGS exceeded my expectations. The store owners, Sonal and Ashish, were extremely helpful, adding to the overall satisfaction.
Additionally, they have amazing offers on a wide range of pet products, spa treatments, and grooming services. Highly recommended for every pet parent! I❤️🐕

I recently took my cat to I LOVE DOGS for a grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! My cat can be quite nervous around new people, but the groomer was incredibly gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with handling cats.
She took the time to make my cat feel comfortable and gave her a beautiful groom
The space was clean, calm, and very cat-friendly. I also appreciated the tips she shared for at-home care between grooming visits.
Highly recommend to any cat parent looking for a professional and caring groomer. Will definitely be returning for regular sessions!

I personally have never seen such a huge store. Its massive with a lotta new collections. Very well organised and very neat and clean. I actually couldn’t control myself asking the staff name. Both suhani and preeti attended me very well. They are a perfect guide when it comes to pet and whats good for them and not. They both are very knowledgeable and very kind human beings. They both give their 100% when it comes to attending anyone who enters the store. Glad to have such a store in surat city and glad to have such staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place has been my one-stop shop for all our pet product and service needs. The staff is friendly, warm and well-informed. Ma’am’s grooming skills make Astro look handsome every time! Since the very beginning he loves coming here. And even if we run late to pick him after his bath, he comfortably takes a nap while the staff care for him. Safe and reliable. Would highly recommend this place for your babies.

I’ve never visited such place in my life where pets feel so happy and safe. Earlier I was afraid of pets but this whole place and its environment made me fall in love with pets. I must say that SONAL MA’AM & ASHISH SIR ( founders of ILOVEDOGS ) are not seeing this as business only, they are actually attached with pets. Their Love for pets is unconditional. I’m glad that I got a chance to work with whole team of ILOVEDOGS.

I would definitely recommend this place to the pet parents of Surat. The store has an amazingly huge variety of pet things. To sum up they're really too good, I can't think of any other groomer apart of Sonal, she's so professional so warm ♥️
